WorkSense may also collect additional data for operation of our core services, which include:

• Names of assignments, documents, and projects
• Activity within Google Docs
• Statistics such as assignment time, and user presence

This data is utilised in our Processing of Data, which is outlined in Section 3.

WorkSense does not track usage of our website or services, and does not collect any data that is not required for the operation of our core services.

WorkSense processes data for the purpose of providing our core services, which include:

• Providing insights and statistics to users
• Providing a platform for users to view their own metrics
• Providing a platform for users to build healthier work-life cycles

WorkSense does not process data for any other purpose, nor do we share data with any third parties.

WorkSense retains data for the purpose of providing our core services, at explicit user consent.
Users may request the permanent deletion of all stored data through the Manage Account features of the service, and may request a full export of all stored data through the same features.

WorkSense utilises Google Firebase as a database and authentication service, a cloud-based platform to offer secure and reliable data storage solutions.

By using WorkSense, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Data you provide to WorkSense may be stored on Google Firebase servers
• Your login details are stored and processed through Google Firebase Authentication to ensure account security

While we take reasonable measures to maintain the security and accuracy of data collected through WorkSense, we want to make it clear that:

• The data provided through our project is for informational and convenience purposes only.

• You use the data at your own discretion and assume all risk associated with its use.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions in the data, or for any loss or damage resulting from its use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
